In coordination with their departments, Faculty Leaders must also complete a Course Add/Change/Delete Request through the Office of the Registrar. The form is available at: http://iit.edu/registrar/faculty_staff.shtml

This proposal along with the Course Add/Change/Delete Request will be routed for the following approvals, as appropriate:
- Department Chair
- Study Abroad Review Committee
- College/School Dean
- Vice Provost for Academic Affairs

Faculty Leader(s) will work with a third party study abroad provider to handle logistical and administrative matters. Faculty Leader(s) will work with campus and international partners and will have some responsibility for logistical and administrative matters.

What type of course is this? IIT Course Transplanted Abroad. This course of instruction is already available on IIT's campus and can be offered in an international setting. Unique Study Abroad Course. This is an IIT course created specifically for the study abroad experience; the course content is not offered at the IIT campus and does not already have its own specific course identifier. Integrated Field Trip Abroad (IFTA). This type of course is usually connected to a course taken the current term, and students can only take part in this program if they are enrolled in the course.
